3. How can I cancel my order?

After placing the order, the customer can cancel the order within 24 hours by contacting us on the details provided above. In case a payment has already been made, the refund amount will be processed via the same payment gateway which was used to make the payment within 5 working days. Only defective and damaged products will be replaced within 2 working days from the day of delivery. Packs once opened cannot be refunded.

The minimum order value is ₹299

2. What are your delivery/shipping charges?

The delivery/shipping charges are ₹50

3. Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship internationally and only ship PAN India.

4. What is the estimated delivery time?

We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays only through a reputed logistic partner. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. Orders will be delivered in 5-6 business days.

5. Do you have a cash-on-the-delivery (COD) option available?

Yes, we do have a COD option available at a nominal fee of INR 100.

6. Are there any hidden costs?

At vefrs, we believe in transparency and honesty. There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase from www.vefrs.in.
